I am installing DNN 4.3.3 for the first time on our server. Installation works, except that after install the portal is empty and not all modules have been installed. There are only a few modules like userlogin or search, but no links, announcements or html.

On my pc I used the starterkit, which completely works with all modules installed. I also tried to copy the files of the starterkit to our server, but without success.

What is wrong?

Volker

You installed the Upgrade package. You need the Install package because that contains all modules.

Dear Mariette,

I rechecked the package used. I used "DotNetNuke_4.3.3_Istall.zip". I never unpacked the upgrade-package.

I also do not understand, why the copy of my starterkit does not work, too. Any ideas?

Volker
