Having Trouble getting Host to be Moderator.

Is this a known issue?

The reason how is not a moderator in the true sense is because there are certain aspects of the super users, aka hosts, which are missing when joins are done in the sql.  This is a know thing and it is not a bug.  Even as the host, you should be using a seperate account for even most administration tasks.
