I have the same problem with both firefox and IE browsers. In ff it only shows the first word "Event" in the textbox

Has anybody a clue where to find this setting within the database to edit it manually?

I'm using DNN version 4.3.5

I found a solution:

Go to <dnn base dir>\DesktopMdoules\Events

Then open the Settings.ascx file and search for the following line:

<asp:textbox id="txtNotifyMessage" runat="server" MaxLength="4" Wrap="False" Font-Size="8pt"

and remove the MaxLength="4" part which tells the textbox to have a lenght of only 4 characters.
