please note, there are a number of issues also listed under 3.3.4 - as both versions are kept in sync, the fixes exist in both versions, which one they were assigned to depends on which version they were initially reported in.

Staying with the keeping in touch theme, according to the book "Professional DNN 4" there was a monthly email newsletter? Is this still going or have blogs taken over? If it is still going where should I subscribe? (can't see it anywhere).

Looking under manage services on the DNN site I am subscribed to periodic notifications.
I just want to keep my nose to the ground.

Cheers

Alex

no, the intention is to have a regular newsletter, in fact one was sent out only a few weeks ago, and theres another expected soon. Initially it was monthly (see under About->newsroom, and you'll see the first 3 newsletters were monthly - note: a copy of the last newsletter hasn't been added yet), but pressure of work has meant longer gaps between them. There is no need to do anything to subscribe, when you created a user on dotnetnuke.com you were automatically subscribed.

Blogs are an additional source of news, as they're quicker and easier to create than a newsletter for 300,000+ users, which has to assembled and proof-read, as well as using a 3rd party tool to schedule and send.

Thanks Cathal!

I certainly have never ever received a newsletter, nor has my spam filter.
My email address is up to date as well and I'm getting forum notifications.
Let's see what happens upon the next release.....

Cheers

FYI Unfortunately I did not receive the recent newsletter via email (definately not blocked at my end). I can see it via the website anyway. I do receive DNN notifications from the website from time to time, but never a newsletter.

Cheers and thanks
