I'm sorry to ask that, but I have googled a lot and can't find it.  I know I've done it before on one of my sites with DNN 3.x, but I can't find it on 4.3.3.  Please forgive my ignorance and point me in the right direction.  Thank you.

From Admin menu: Site Settings --> Advanced Settings --> Other Settings --> "COPYRIGHT:"

There are two Copyright notices in DNN.  There is the DNN Engine Copyright (bottom of the page and a DNN version in the title area of the browser) that can be turned off in the Host Settings of the site (under "Appearance" remove the checkmark from the "Show Copyright Credits?" checkbox.  Then there is the skin object that you can update with your own information (I believe the default text is "My Portal Copyright 2006" or something similar) that you can update in the site settings page under "Advanced Settings" > "Other Settings" then the textbox is "Copyright".

AFAIK it is hardcoded in the core framework.
