When going to the portals page under host menu, at the bottom of the page there should be a feature to create new templates out of current sites. Instead there is this error :

Any idea why and how to fix it ?

When I got this I had two dll's in the /bin directory.  One was ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll and the other was just SharpZipLib.dll

I removed the ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll and the problem went away.  I don't know how I ended up with both though.
