Is there a way I can set up the roles/permissions so users can only add pics to a User Album and no others?

Under configuration / Private Gallery / check the box Is Private and then for owner use the the mag glass to open the pop up and select which user you want to allow to up load for that Gallery.

It can't be done for roles right now just users.  Maybe in the next version though there could be an upload roll.
