I cannot login to my portal anymore! Nothing has changed or upgraded. No new modules or anything. Eight hours ago it was working fine. Passwords are sent ok, except host is sent xxxxx's.

Check your web.config file and make sure the machinevalidationkey and machineencryptionkey values haven't changed, perhaps your host accidentally overwrote them doing a backup.

Well here's a new one I've not seen -- ready for the cause?

Restricted database growth.

The LOG file was restricted to 100MB. I'm using full recovery. The data is only 25MB, also restricted to 100MB.

In addition to not logging in, I was getting a lot of errors, modules not loading. The restricted setting must have carried over from my shared hosting plan at EasyCGI. Good thing I'm not on shared hosting anymore! WoW!
