Hi, we upgraded from 4.0.2 last week and since then, we are having some problems.

1. When we edit text on a web page, every character we type causes the page to load again. It does the '38 items remaining....' EVERY character, or even when you backspace to delete a character it does this. It makes editing the text nearly impossible.

2. Html tags in the title of the page are being cut off. The closing tag seems to be getting chopped off.

3. When we try to insert a picture, we get an error which says "object doesn't support this property or method"

None of these problems were happening previously. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.
