My Humble Apologies if this question is so incredibly dumb!

But how do I change the fore-color of the controls in the Directory Templete?  I've tried playing around with the header.xml & header.html settings and also the .css files for the site, but just can't seem to change it!

What is the best practice way of going this?

I've installed the module and have been spending some time trying to customising the styles, because it doesnt match my skin... but the Command Buttons and Drop-Down-Lists all seem to be a DimGray color even though everything else on my site doesn't use DimGray at all!

Please help before I tear all my hair out and turn into a zombie due to lack of sleep... which may result in my wife leaving me!

Yep, I'm going mad about this too. I'm using Salaro's Black Beauty skin package and it's really annoying when all the buttons and text become nearly invisible. Tried modify skin.css but no result.

Anyone?

In theory you should be able to assign the css style in the .xml file for the template like the following:

<Object>
   <Token>[UPLOADBUTTON]</Token>
   <Settings>
      <Setting>
         <Name>CssClass</Name>
         <Value>normal</Value>
      </Setting>
   </Settings>
</Object>

That said I was just doing some testing and it didn't appear to affect how the button looked. I think it may be an OS deal where Windows is overriding how the buttons appear but I haven't resarched this at all yet.

EDIT: I just did some testing by changing the themes on my computer and the buttons on the page changed to match. I'll try to check tomorrow evening to see if there's a way to override it on a webpage.
