I have to agree with Mariette - no matter what you do - content is king.. Google will find you if you have information that is updated, relevant to the topics you are hoping to be found in, and interesting.  The domain name does help too so for smallbizserver it's also got some similarities.

But I managed to get highly ranked with non friendly urls.

My main purpose for using the Href Exchanger is so I can maintain the correct pages because I found the TabId's particularly in some earlier versions caused me grief, as the admin tabs were extended, in dnn 1, 2 & 3, my prime pages were lots to Admin only tabs.  However, with really friendly urls I no longer had that issue.

Just my two cents on the matter.
