I am having the same problem.  I have removed the module.  However, since I installed DNN as part of a value app from my hosting service, and they set up a virtual directory, I am not sure how to FTP to the DNN content to delete any garbage left over from the .06 install.  Any suggestions?

You shouldn't have to delete files via FTP, I just recommended it to keep things as clean as possible. Anyways, the modules are always located in the DesktopModules folder.

I don't see a Desktopmodules folder anywhere.  I am going in through file manager under both the admin menu and host menu.  Under the admin menu file manager, I have a root folder called "portal root", with subfolders "containers", "forum avatars", "forum image", "forum smiley", "skins", and "system avatar".  Under the host menu file manager, I have a root folder called "host root" with subfolders "cache", "containers", "logs", and "skins".
