Alright, I have no idea what the heck is going on here and I've been through it a hudred times trying to figure it out.

Yes, the ASP account has full access, I even gave "Everyone" full access just to eliminate any question.

Has ANYONE actually achieved any success getting the source to install on their local machine?!?!

Anyone have any suggestions?
