No matter what I try, I cannot synchronize my files and database. The FileManager lists folders that have been removed manually and it still lists files withing these non existent folders. I can upload files through Filemanager, the process completes without error but they never appear in FileManager and they never show up when I look for them via FTP or RemoteDesktop.

I think this stopped working after I upgraded to 3.3.2 but since it was not released officially I waited to install the official release 3.3.4 before revisiting the issue.

Even selecting the root folder and selecting to synchronize recursively appears to do some work and then refreshes but no changes have been made.

Are there some permissions I should be aware of? NETWORK SERVICE has full rights to my folders. Is there a way I could remove the database data and force a rebuild of the data? I cannot add new content (files/images/etc) at the moment because of this. Please help!
