I installed DotNetNuke for the first time yesterday. Today, after a reboot, I get the following error message when I try to access the site:

Error   Failed to update database "C:\INETPUB\WWWROOT\DOTNETNUKE\APP_DATA\DATABASE.MDF" because the database is read-only

I've tried the obvious such as checking to see if the db file is set to read only; it isn't.  Is there a Windows user that I need to give special permission to?  Or a setting in a config file?

Any help is much appreciated.
