It appears that I successfully upgraded from 4.0.2 to 4.3.4.  My portal is back up and running, but I can't login to any of my accounts including Host.  I'm able to create a new account and login.  I can see the old accounts in the database.  For the old accounts, using the password reminder results in an error: "There was an error retrieving your password. No password was sent.".  The new account can using the password reminder without error.

Is this a known issue?  Is there a way to reset the host password so I can log back in?

Check the machinekey entry in your web.config.  It probably does not match your old web.config.  This exact thing happened to me. Hope that helps.

Usually when this happens, it's because you didn't copy the machine keys over to web.config before running the upgrade.  Double-check that.

There is a way you can reset the host password, but it's better to revert back to the original encryption keys, thereby re-enabling all of the accounts.
