Wow, I'm trying more than one week install DNN 4.3.4 in my PC...

I think the portal really very nice and complete, but will really improve the user experience if has a better installation management.

What about BEFORE installation starts, wizard steps like
1- Database Access Check
2- File System Access Check
3- All permissions possible Check (create/delete/modify files/folders/tables/stored procedures)

 Sorry, I'm really very frustated...

PS: Another suggestions:

1) A CLEAN FROM ZERO installation. The actual installer starts from one version, then upgrade, upgrade, upgrade, upgrade, upgrade, upgrade, upgrade...
2) A .log file from each step of installation. The we cannot dig in the installer source code about the problem. All problems will be fixed really quickly with this
