I am trying to customize the user registration email and include a custom registration code in it. I also want the user to enter this custom code when he logs in for the first time.

In my case, the user will never register at the site. Only administrator will create an account for him and will store his registration code in a custom profile property(Admin Registration Code). In the registration email, I want to send this code to the user so the he can enter it when he logs in for the first time.

Q: I tried putting [Profile:AdminRegistrationCode] in the registration email to retrieve the Admin registration code, but it didn't work. Any ideas?

I have a mandatory field for User Registration code (UserRegistrationCode ) in my profile properties. I store the registration code entered by the user in this field.

Q:Upon user login, How do I compare the registration code he entered (UserRegistrationCode property) with the registration code in the AdminRegistrationCode property??

Any pointers?
