Problem Installing DotnetNuke4.x

Hi all,
I am going to Install DotnetNuke 4.x (4.0.1 and 4.3.3) in a host that I have Install Dotnetnuke 3.2.2 without any problem. So I changed to .net framework 2. I face to following error when I am trying to Install DotNetNuke 4.x :

Server Error in '/fa' Application.

Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\fa\5d44a10e\5263bd35\App_Code.lwdyfpix.dll' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
