I need to upload several images (thousands).  Obviously, I don't want to upload them one at a time through the file manager.  What options do I have for uploading these images in bulk?  I can't just use FTP, they need to be loaded into the files table.

Thanks,
Eric

OK.  I may have answered my own question.

I can FTP the files up and then click the "Synchronize Database and File System" link.

Anyone see a problem with this approach?

Thanks,
Eric

you can zip them (or appropriate groups) and upload them.

Another option is using a gallery with a winforms client like "Fotovision", e.g. see http://nevermind.1speedcom.com/DNN
