Jon - Thank you very much for the reply!  If there is anythign I can do to help let me know.  I can send you the skin I'm usign but I don't think that is truly the issue.

The error is very sporadic, it doesn't happen every time but eventually does but seems to have no pattern.  I can load pages fine perhaps 10-15 times then it might happen once then be fine for a while again.  It also doesn't seem to happen on my local server only on the remotely hosted copy.

My guess as well is that it is a caching issue but I am not sure where to look or what to try.  Do you think going with DNN 3 would be a solution?  If so perhaps I will do that.  This was my forst use of DNN 4 and I have never seen this issue with any DNN 3 sites before.

Just as an FYI, our site ( www.coveragechart .com ) is suffering from the same sporadic malady.  It happens only about 25% of the time, but still has the potential to scare off 25% of potential customers.  Please let me know if there is any additional information or help we can provide to help resolve this issue.  Thanks a lot!

If you'd like any help in testing your fix, shoot it over to me and I'll give it a shot. I can't reproduce the problem on demand, but we always get 5-10 of them everyday with only 2-3 people using the site. So if 1 full day goes by with no errors, I would think it's pretty good.
