I don't find download location for version 3.3.
 
Only version to download is 3.1 ...

3.3 was a beta that was withdrawn. At present the faq module is going through the release tracker - I can see that version 4.4 was failed yesterday due to missing source code, it will have to be resubmitted and go through the process again.
