Hi
I don't like styling Tables, Div's are much more controlable
(And there are some on a DNN page.....)
That's why I'm sometimes tempted to strip all tables out of for instance links.ascx (which is terrible to skin) and replace it with div's.
Saves a lot of CSS time and frustration.

But there is one problem. If you install an update I guess the ascx file will be overwritten (and the site looks like ....)

I don't want to change all my clients installations after every update, and the skins I create this way are not standard / reusable

Any other people with this problem / suggestions / solutions ??

if you use the upgrade package, the module files will no be overwritten.

If you want to update a module, include your modifications into the installation pack.

Great!
I wondered if it would be that way, but couldn't find any info on it.
Thanks
