After moving the server to a new part of our network and changing IP address, loading the homepage causes an infinite redirect of the same page.

I've changed the IP addresses specified in the PortalAlias table in the database to the new value.

The site uses DNN 3012

Any ideas please??

Thanks John, I'll try that.

It works using the dns name, the reload/redirect loop only happens on the ip address.

Hi I am having similar problems and posted a thread asking for host instruction before I found this.
I looked at  John's link here - most useful - but unfortunately  I havent managed to solve my issues yet - and must continue looking but thanks again John its helped me look a lot further to try and track this down
