The CSSNodeSelectedRoot was a bug in 4.3.4 but was fixed in 4.3.5.  It works as advertised.  I'm still looking for a better explanation on the start tab id/expand depth attributes.  I'm still having to use root level (SolPart) when using another instance of the menu on a page that already has the menu set for root items only.   Hope this helps.

jhenak,

One feature that all the DNN navigation implementations are missing which i would like to see added is the "Menu Break" functionality.  A simple line that can be used to break up items in a list.

DNN currently supports this.  Simply add a new page with a title of "~".

helpdesk33,

I have been for days trying to get the selected or active tab to remain a certain color after the mouse has moved off of the item.

There is no setting that keeps a menu highlighted after the mouse leaves the item.  There is support for keeping something highlighted when its part of a breadcrumb (meaning the currently selected page's hierarchy).

I ended up setting the level attribute to child on my 2nd menu and got what I wanted.  I can't find this attribute represented in Jon's documentation but I assume it is an attribute of dnnmenu since it worked on my site.

The StartTabId is documented in the Navigation WebControls document.

Jon,

THank you very much, this response brings great joy haha.  I've been using 2 instances of you DNNMenu through the NAV.ascx control and it seems to be working very well.  I've found a few bugs and there are a few more formatting controls i'd like to get access to but it works very well.  The Populate on Demand is a big bonus.

Thanks for all you do,

Jake

John,

I can't seem to get it to work right, http://beta.wsysa.com/ I added a Tilde page under sponsors.  You can see in the menu the space but it doesn't do the thin horizontal white line.  Is this a feature that in DNN Menu is customizable only through CSS or does it use the <hr> html as in the non DNN Solpart and the module titles.

You need to control it with CSS.   Doesn't look like you specified a CSSBreak class in your skin.
