What looks like is happening here is DNN cannot find the assembly to run a schedule event.  If you can access your SQL database, turn off all of the schedule items (i.e “Schedule” Table “Enabled” to 0).  If this correct the problem then enable back the ones you disabled one at a time to find the offending one.

Thanks Rarrhiman, it was this way : I had removed a few old modules, a module called "YAP Email Manager" add a schedule and don't remove it with the uninstall.sqldataprovider, even if it removes all tables ...
I will report the issue to the author.

Mariette, what is the real good use of Web Gardens ?
I've read than it could grow up the performance in case of high activity site by offering a new application thread when the first is busy. Isn't it preferrable to have 2 Web Gardens, just in case of ?
For more, when you use n sites to an application pool, is it preferrable to set +n Web gardens ?
