I'm new to DotNetNuke. I'm currently playing around with it, but from just reading the Guided Tour documentation and playing with it, I don't see a way to create user specific content.

What I want to do, for example, is have a site that tracks account information for different people.


Is there a way to define a page that has a set format, but loads user specific information, or even to have separate user specific blogs.

I'd like to be able to have a system where I setup each user (this is for a small business) and am able to create message information for them, so that when they log in, they see only their own messages and account information, etc.

Again, I didn't see any way to do this with DNN, but I assume that its possible.  Any help is appreciated.

bumping this up...

i have the same need.  for reference, i'm using dnn 4.3.4 and have extended the user profile to be able to accomodate some additional settings.  based on these settings, i'd like to display content on a 'user profile' page, some of which is viewable by everyone, some of which is viewable only to the user.  whatever the case may be, i want it to always be user-specific and not role-specific. 

surprised his has not been answered yet as it seems like a common thing.  or perhaps there are articles/other posts that we can be pointed to?
