I have a new XFlex Skinobject that also has a XDMinimal skin we are currently packaging for sale.
An announcement will be placed in the forums when it is packaged correctly and the source files ready for others to use.

You can view and test the skin here -

We also have a SkinObject/ module which will resize the text. It is very easy to use, works well out of the box and allows for text to be incrementally sized up and down to limits which can be set up in the module settings. Which gives a large degree of flexibility in the text sizes which can be presented.

It works no matter how your site\ skin is set up .. even works with FONT tags .. we are also looking at releasing a Pro version which would allow for users to apply different settings to different page elements. Eg. You could have different maximum and minimum sizes in different panes or choose not to resize the menu etc.

It is currently packaged as a module called "TextSize" which is on sale at Snowcovered. You can check out the module at the DotNetDudes site. It consists of the 3 icons in the top right corner.
