i have a complaint from a user on the date and how it appears in the forum module.  on the main forum page (even see in this dotnetnuke.com forum module) you'll see the 'last post' showing up as 'today' and in bold even though the post in question was posted yesterday.  further, a post that WAS posted today (in this case, 8/31) does not show up as anything but a date.

is this a bug?  the behavior seems very inconsistent.

I have the same problem on my forum.  The bold timestamp is wrong and it only works some of the time.  Take a look at this forum on DotNetNuke.  They are wrong up until a certain time and then it just shows the date of the last post.

I had the latest forum module loaded on to the DNN version 3.2.2 and it worked all the time.

Is this a bug or do I need to change some time setting?

Thanks for the help,

Andy

meh.

The "works for me" attititude only gets us so far.

This forum post date issue has been a problem for quite some time:

And still it remains an issue.

once again y01nk chimes in w/ a great attitude. I am aware there has been issues, I have also tried a fix in the latest release but obviously it is not correct. Nobody on the Forum team has a works for me attitude.
