I can't post the provider (it wouldn't make much sense without the rest of the system it works with). But I will post the source for a test program. I dug up my sample test program I wrote months ago while testing FTB. I now have it running at http://www.accidentalarchitect.com/ftbworkshop.aspx. You can download the source for the demo program from http://www.accidentalarchitect.com/Home/tabid/68/EntryID/28/Default.aspx.

The provider itself doesn't do much more than the standard Ftb3 provider for DNN does. Just remember that the DNN Provider creates an instance of FTB as:

Dim cntlFtb As New FreeTextBoxControls.FreeTextBox

Then you can set the properties of FTB in your provider code like:

cntlFtb.ToolbarStyleConfiguration = ToolbarStyleConfiguration.OfficeMac
