When I go to Admin, Site Settings, Advanced, Page Management, and choose the new home page I'd like users to see, this is what happens.

Before the user logs in, they see the correct (new) home page.

After the user logs in, they see the incorrect (old) home page, and if they log out they still see the incorrect (old) home page

I tried:

setting the splash page to the new page
emptying the cache
restarting ASP.net
changing the visibility of the old home page
setting the home page to a completely new page

but none of these worked.  Am I missing something here?

does anyone know where the home page setting is stored in the DNN tables?  Is it possible for users to set their own home page?

I'm having a similar problem after adding a login page with module, and setting the home and login pages in the admin site settings. Mine loads the page url.../Home/tabid/36/ctl/Login/Default.aspx. It redirects to the login page via the home page! Weird scenes inside the gold mine.
