Hello, This is a new install, I have set the security on app_data to allow for network service and network to full control.  I started with a build and then I brought up the site via the local host address and get the following error?

DotNetNuke Upgrade Error

The Assembly Version ( [ASSEMBLYVERSION] ) does not match the Database Version ( [DATABASEVERSION] )

ERROR: Could not connect to database.

Cannot open user default database. Login failed. Login failed for user 'TABSVR2003\Administrator'.

fixed it,  Basically when I tried to open this via a remote browser it would try go to the local host, in which the database was not there.  You have to go into the portalalias table and change the HTTP location to the domain you are trying to go to.
