Hello all,

I have tried to move my site across to a subdomain. To do this, I simply installed DNN at the subdomain and copied across the Portal folder. I then pointed web.config at the database, as one would normally do to configure DNN initially. However, it still stores uploaded files at the original domain. Obviously there is something somewhere in one of the database settings (maybe?) that is still pointing to the original domain.

Is there something else that I have to change? I would appreciate any help at all!!

Cheers,
Pete

you should change "portal alias"
there are 2 ways
1. edit portal alais from your host control panel
2. edit database, portal alias table
