I have a UDT module and the admin user account can do and change everything, my problem is that when I go to edit the module permissions to give permissions to other groups the add new row premission doesn't work. Could this be because the groups don't have permission to edit the page (so the edit permissions are not inherited from the page).

Checked it again and when I add the permission to edit the module the actions menu appears but doesn't have the add new row command, when I take away the edit permissions the actions menu disappears completely.
