When I go to http://localhost/DotNetNuke_2, it's exploring the folder instead of launching the installation.

And if I run http://localhost/DotNetNuke_2/Install/Install.aspx?mode%20=Install, here is what I get :

Server Error in '/DotNetNuke_2' Application.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.


I don't understand why I have this error, can someone help me ?

I'm not sure about the second error.  However you can probably resolve the first one by going into the Documents tab in the site properties in IIS.  There, be sure default.aspx is among the listed default page types and that the checkbox is checked.

Chipxoft, yours might be a different issue.  I don't have enough information to know (please reply with more info if you can, or start a new thread if it's different than what Tharkis is reporting) but it's possible your situation is as discussed in this thread:
