I am a DNN newbie.

I seem to have a successful install of DNN source 4.3.4 on Windows Server 2003/SQL Server 2005, but when I try and login as admin/dnnadmin or host/dnnhost the neither the control panel or menu item for admin show up.  I'm guessing I have a SQL Server permissioning issue, but I have given NETWORK SERVICE db_owner.

Anyone with similar experience ?

Just installed today, getting the same issue. The content box says "Selete the Admin tab" - there aren't any tabs showing in the tab bar other then home.  How do you debug this???

I've just found your post and get the same issue with DNN4.5.1

Login as Host or Admin and none of the Admin or Host tabs show and neither does the Control Panel.

IF you gusy resolved this, please let me know how!

I also have 4.5.1 And mine was working fine, i was able to see the control panel, then suddenly i created a new portal. And the control panel dissappeared.

If i change the setting for the controlpanel to use the CLASSIC then the controlpanel shows up. But if i use the IconBar. The control panel disappears, but the ADMIN / HOST tabs are still visible.
