I have this same error going from 3.3.5 to 3.3.6 and I have reviewd the Portal Alias table over and over and I don't see any dups. Here is my exact error. Please help if anyone has any suggestions. I would rather not roll back if I don't have to, but I cannot keep my customer sites down too long.

  Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.
