I've recently had issues of not being able to re-install certain modules, that I've uninstalled in the past.  After looking into the database tables (ModuleDefinitions, ModuleControls, Modules, ModuleSettings), I found that most of the module instances that I have deleted and most of the modules that I have uninstall or still in the database.   The 'IsDeleted' field is 'false' for most of the records, my recycle bin is completely empty.

It has already caused problems with a 'Can't insert record due to key constraint' error in the ModuleDefinitions table when trying to reinstall certain modules.   Is this an error with my DNN 4.3.4 installation?

Any insite would be appreciated.
