Tried to create a child portal, but got error message saying it couldn't be created.  Can't find any details about why.  Tried many variations but still no luck.

This is on ver. 4.3.4 portal.  Anyone with similar experiences - any help?

Its  pretty fickle.

Can you post a screen shot of the child portal creation?

In the Portal Alias field, www.powerhousedata.com/au, the Home directory was left as is.

Title, Description, etc. "Australia" was entered.

Personal Site was choosen from the templates.

A totally new User Name, password, etc. was entered.

So I was going to take a screen shot on my testing machine (with DNN ver. 4.0.2) and it worked!

Entered exact same thing into www.powerhousedata.com (on WebHost4life server) it doesn't work.  (with DNN ver. 4.3.4).  Notable to know: before upgrading I had a child portal working with DNN ver. 3 here.

It is working now.

What was wrong was my portal needed the upgrade from 4.3.4 to 4.3.5
