I was wondering if anyone besides DNN Masters has or will have a Single Sign On module for DNN 3.x and 4.x available soon.   Not that I am opposed to using the DNN Masters module but I was hoping to find a cheaper solution since I am on a very tight budget.

I think the SSO module still doesn't address the problem of signing on between portals where the root domain name is different.

Wouldn't a simple hack be to modify the login module to sign in to both modules at the same time, with an Iframe perhaps?    Then it's a matter of keeping the user account data synched on the two portals..  but it seems SSO can do that.
