My 2 bits are as follows:

Enlarge the text being used or change the font... to me it was a bit hard to read.

change the names of the skins form the numbers to something a bit more descriptive of the actual skin.

With the grouping maybe use descriptions such as Community sites, Professional etc....  Or have these descriptions as tags for the skin records so they can appear in more than one Group.  If you can search on this basis would make it easier.

Have you thought about setting it up with the ability to sell through resellers?  I am thinking along the lin of skinnable reseller sites. 

Don't know if you can do this with your source of templates but if you can might increase your income.
