Is there a place either within this website or another where I can go (I prefer to a phone number to call and speak to someone directly) to try to resolve a problem I'm having with my DotNetNuke installation?

http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/ForumsDotNetNuke/tabid/795/forumid/108/threadid/70769/scope/posts/Default.aspx

I posted a problem a couple of days ago (see link above), but not one person responded.  I've looked at the forum and noticed others have had a similar case as mine, although, mine didn't involve an upgrade.  I installed 4.3.4 fresh.  I added some content, and all of a sudden, when I login as Admin and click on User Accounts, I get taken to the User Profile page (not the User Accounts page).  I have no way of getting to the User Accounts page.  This makes DotNetNuke useless for me.  I may have to scrap it.  I don't understand how this happened.  Is there anyone else that this has happened to.  Do I need to install the source code and debug the problem?

Please, anyone with knowledge of the internals of DNN, any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

it looks something has been mixed up in your module/desktopModule tables. either do an portal export (create portal template), than a complete new install using the template or do a new template aside and compare content of the module/desktobmodule tables.

I created a local copy of a dnn website and checked the tables.  It appears as though the data that is related to the User Accounts and User Account modules are the same.  They are in sync.

However, on my hosted account, when I select Admin/User Accounts, I get the following address: /dnn/Admin/UserAccounts/tabid/42/ctl/Profile/UserID/1/Default.aspx

Yet, on my local copy, when I click on Admin/User Accounts, I get this: /dnn/Admin/UserAccounts/tabid/42/Default.aspx.

There must be some table that tells DNN what module to call when a menu item is clicked.  Does anyone know DNN internals that may be able to tell me what entry in the table I need to change to get the system to go to the correct page?

Please, I'm desperate here!
