Hi I would like to change the encoding from UTF8 into ISO-8859

So Chnages done in a file called "SendBulkEmail.vb"
in a folder "Library/Components/Mail"

but I got an error after I compiled and replaced the dll on the production server.

BC30456: 'InitializeCulture' is not a member of 'ASP.providers_htmleditorproviders_ftb3htmleditorprovider_ftb3_ftb_imagegallery_aspx'.

in the smiley page and two other pages.

I changed the option

allow this precompiled site to be updatable to be  un-checked and worked correctly on my development mahcine. the problem on the production server.

I have only FTP and host access so how can I fix this error on the production server?

I've got also after a recomplilation. The error disappeared when I replaced DotNetNuke.Ftb3HtmlEditorProvider.dll. Hope this will help.
