I have 4 banners displaying on a page through the banner module. Cache is set to 0. They just won't rotate. There are 5 total banners, but the fifth just won't show up. Aside from the 5th banner, shouldn't the 4 that are displaying at least change in order of display?

Help!! ;)

My issue is a little worse, unfortunately.  I have more then 10 banners, my cache I have had set at all levels, but they won't rotate at all.  The only time I see them rotate is when I add a banner module, then for one refresh I see a new banner, then right back to the same top banner in my list.  Any ideas at all on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.  I have tried setting the cache to 0 and also clearing the cache with the scheduler and manually as well all to no avail.

Have you been able to figure this out?

I have a similar situation, 6 banners... only one banner showing instead of cycling throught the 6.

Let me know you've had any success or suggestions.

Unfortunately not, I have simply at this time comlpetely reformated my server, re-installed everything and have not yet gotten back to the banners to see if this is still an issue.  Once I do I will let you know, but unfortunately it appears that the rest of the community has given up on this issue.

In your instance, did you try and set the banner count at "3" instead of "4", just to test in that manner?  And are you certain the fifth banner was configured correctly (I've never encountered a problem like the one you're describing...)

In the vendor system, I don't believe their is a way to have the banners rotate in terms of a "random" pattern.  They simply cycle through the order of how they were entered.  Even on the dnn site if you watch something like the sponsors module (refresh enough times) you will see that while all the sponsor logos rotate evenly, they still display in the same order time and again.  Perhaps there is a commercial module out there which would fix this (JanetSystems?)
