   I personally have tried every possible configuration (I have just started over and have not tried again yet, not ready for that disappointment so early again) in my prior setup with no success.  It would only show the top banner in the list over and over again and never rotate, which I found very frustrating to say the least.  I will let everyone know when I do try again if this actually works this time around.

Hi, I was having a problem with the banners in a multi portal environment on DNN 4.0.3. It seemed to be rotating on the main portal untill I updated the filesystem with the database. The it only showed the first banner without rotating anymore.

I Have the same problem and it would be nice to find a solution.  I had to pull the banners off the site.  The strange thing for me is that I have a DNN site on a different server (one in my basement) and the banners rotate perfectly.  On my main server, the banners will not rotate and I have tried everything I can think of.  I compared all my settings on the site that works to the one that does not and I get no joy.

I've seen a lot of other people posting about the rotation problem, so I entered it into Gemini.
I hope someone will pick it up quickly because I think it is an important issue.
If anyone can think of a solution, I would like to know....

I've got 4.4.1 and have the same problem. They did work fine on 4.4.0 for me.  After I upgraded no satisfaction.
