To truly take advantage of DotNetNuke's localization capabilities you need to use modules designed for multi-language.

(eg. www.apollo-software.nl)

However, all such modules that I've seen require that you enter the content separately for each language.

So you must speak (or pay for translation) for each language.

I've only seen one alternative which is a web service that automatically translates your websites to about 9 languages, but this is not using any of DotNetNuke's localization features I don't believe.  And unfortunately, I can't remember who offered this.

I hope that helps.

Check out http://www.eggheadcafe.com/articles/20050725.asp

It's a pretty nice G Translate API.  Basically comes set up to only do manual form-based translations, but could be adapted to translate module content too.

Remember that you're more likely (even with Googles translation system) to get a result that calls someones mother a typewriter, than get the phrase you expected.

If you are only looking to stuff your Google shorts, then by all means auto-translation will do the job.

In dnn, its a framework that means that the members contribute the rest.  It may be free and opinions are free but as you know, translating is no easy/cheap task.

Btw if anyone needs a human translator to almost any languange, send me the text, ill get it done for 10 to 20 cents a word, with a minimum word needed.

I didn't except DNN translate my module content dynamically but i except that i could enter modue content for each language (two , three ,..),

and module select one of content base on selected language.
