After removing of the app pool recycling I noticed a big speed increase in the initial loading speed plus overall loading in general.  I also noticed a very important side effect, my banners finally started to rotate at this time.  Which up to this point were not.  I had no idea that this would be related to the app pool, apparently neither did anyone else that was trying to assist.  Just a FYI for those that may still be having that kind of trouble.

P.S.

That only lasted for about 1 minute, not sure here, but some how my banner rotation is tied closely into the app pool for some reason.  Any suggestions?  This also appears to be with all of the cj.com banners that I am using.
