I have a site already configured and running on DNN 3.2.0. I moved this site to a new server/hosting company. I successfully installed DNN3.2.0 on this new server but how do I unzip the contents of the site onto this server. Specifically, what is the directory structure/virtual directory structure?

Your question has a two part answer.

1) The actual DATA is stored in the database... you need to have your previous database exported and restored on your new host.  DotNetNuke does not "create pages", but rather stores data and metadata in the database so that your site is dynamically assembled and displayed.

2) File storage for your site would occur primarily beneath the /Portals directory.  This is where files uploaded through the file manager are stored (/Portals/<portal Id#>) or other files such as uploaded skins, etc.  If you installed custom modules, I recommend reinstalling them to ensure proper file placement.

Cheers,
Scott

Thank you Scott:

How would my IIS structure look. I installed DNN from C:\DotNetNuke but my IIS has MyWebsite (default home of inetpub\wwwroot) with a Virtual Directory underneath it called DotnetNuke (home of C:\DotNetNuke). This is what I used for the install and it worked great. After this, I overwrote the C:\DotNetNuke files from the backup that I had of the previous site. Is this correct or do I need to modify?

Cheers
