Hello,

I try to install the DNN 4.3.5 Source Package (with development.config as web.config). After installation it works fine, but when I click on "Authentication" to change to Windows AD Authentication all parts are grayed and I get the Error Message "The default authentication provider specified in web.config is not configured properly". At the same Configuration with DNN 4.3.5 Install Package it works.

At the web.config I've change only SQL Server Parameters in both Configurations.

Anybody knows what's wrong at my Configuration ?

Regards

Thomas

Grayed out authentication boxes got me for a couple of days. I discovered windows authentication will not work if the trust level is set medium in the web.config file.

Hope this helps
