I  just finished upgrading my site to 4.3.6 and tried the following (without any fixes applied):

Deleting a user from a role and logging back in to see if the roll is refreshed.
Deleting a user to so see if they are recreated with proper displayname and time zone.

In both tests it seems that these now work. I think the fixes have now found their way into the core?

Anyway, curious to see what others have found.

I have not yet tested 4.3.6, but I am curious if the apparent rollup of the patches now also traverse nested AD groups to determine membership.  For example, AD UserA is a member of AD GroupA, AD UserB is a member of AD GroupB, GroupB is a member of GroupA.  DNN has Security Roles called GroupA and GroupB.  4.3.5 + patches correctly adds UserA to Security Role GroupA, but does not add UserB and part of Security Role GroupA.

Has anyone tested that in 4.3.6?

Well that sounds like good news. I haven't even downloaded 4.3.6 or 3.3.6 but will on Sunday and will test then.

Yep - Working fine in 4.3.6

Although I have made a slight change to the modded ADSIProvider - I wanted to set the display name as FirstName + LastName (rather than the windows logon name)

I just tested a clean install of 4.3.6 and it's adding users to groups even after the account has been created so that looks good. I'm not so sure yet about when a user is removed from a group. Initial testing is showing that users are not automatically removed from groups but it may be a timing issue.

EDIT: Nope, users aren't being removed from groups they no longer belong to. :(

EDIT #2: Odd, I just unpacked the 4.3.6 source and compared it to the changes I made (based on Stuart's work for 3.3.5) and none of the changes in the code are in the source.
